View Royal Discolored Water

The District is aware of some customers experiencing discolored water in the View Royal System (in the Bonney Lake area).  The VWD crew is actively flushing and will continue until the water quality returns to clear.

The discolored water is a result of natural sediments that gather in the watermains and can occasionally be stirred up and enter private plumbing.  While the water is visually unappealing, the minerals in the water are naturally occurring and are not harmful.
