VIEW ROYAL WATER SYSTEM

ODD/EVEN SUMMER WATERING SCHEDULE RECOMMENDATION

Due to the very warm temperatures and high volume of water being used in the View Royal System, Valley Water District is recommending that all customers in the View Royal Water System immediately follow the odd/even summer watering schedule.

An odd/even schedule simply means if your house address ends in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9) you use water outdoors on odd calendar dates, and if your house number is even (0,2,4,6,8), you plan your outdoor watering for even numbered dates.

If the recommended water restrictions do not result in reduced system usage the District may be forced to make the water restrictions mandatory.

Valley Water District appreciates everyone’s efforts to conserve water and help in reducing the high demand on the water supply.
